HI: My dogs Rusty and Riley had the privledge of playing at your wonderful park while we vacationed in Fla. They enjoyed their stay so much. We enjoyed it too. Thanks for letting non members enjoy the park too!! I bathed Riley at the conclusion of stay at your park. I loved the shampoo and conditioner you provided. I used the all natural products. Where can I purchase these products. Riley's coat never felt and smelled better. Thanks, Mary

Today I spent about four hrs at the park for the first time with my best friend, Jasmine, a border-collie/husky mix and we both would like to say thanks for opening such a cool place and understanding what dogs really want. We have lived in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and Iowa and it has always been a challenge to find somewhere close that Jasmine could run around freely and interact with other dogs. She is asleep now having some pretty awesome dreams I imagine as this was a huge day for her and one she will always remember. I only wish we had found this wonderful place sooner as she is 11yrs old now and could have enjoyed days like this so much more. Thanks again and Jasmine and I will be seeing
much more of Dog Wood. C. McGuire
This past Saturday, Oct. 28, 2006 , we visited your park for the first time with our two Samoyeds, Kodiak and Sabaka. We were very impressed at the professionalism of the staff that we encountered and your facilities in general. Everything was clean and the other owners took responsibility for their pets, especially cleaning up after them! Our two dogs started out in the smaller general use area to just see how things went. After a period of time with no problems, we crossed through the gate and explored the large swim and play area that contained Lake Bow Wow. Kodiak and Sabaka never had access to water like that before and while they eagerly explored the edges of the lake, about belly deep was as far as they were willing to venture. Regardless, they had an absolutely wonderful time and never stopped moving for a minute. When we got home, you would have thought we had given each of them 50mg of Diazepam – they slept all afternoon and in to the evening. Fun is a lot of work! At any rate, I’m sure we will be back, but wanted to tell you (from Kodiak and Sabaka) how much fun we had during our visit . Dennis and Vicki Lindsey
Today, July 30, 2006 was our first trip to Dog Wood Park. It was the Labrador Retriever Day. It was so much more than we ever dreamed it would be. Mello, our two year old lab just loved it. I was a little nervous about the park's size and number of dogs, but we could keep a good eye on her, and surprisingly she on us. It was a wonderful event, although we are an hour away, I will make it a point to come as often as possible. The lake, the trees, the shop, and of course the dogs and their people made it a wonderful day. Of course, Mello is now sound asleep! Thanks for the invite! Sharon, Mohammed, and Mello Mirza
Our girls love coming to the park at least 3 days a week. They've learned how to swim, retrieve balls, and socialize with other dogs. At 6 and 8 months old, they have a lot of energy and most of it is run off here. By the time we get home, Abby slowly will get out of the car while Hannah refuses to. They're pooped from playing too much! Thanks for opening up such a wonderful place for us to go.

Just wanted to say my first visit out to Dog Wood was wonderful!
I got helped immediately when I stepped into the office, and was
pleased with the great customer service!
Audrey my Miniature Schnauzer told me to tell you she thought the total experience was fabulous!
Thank you for making me and my four legged friend happy.

Every Saturday and Sunday morning I am awakened at 6:00am by two wet noses in my face. If I ignore the noses, I get a paw in my face. If I somehow manage to escape from the paw, I get incessant whining until I pull myself out of bed and dress in my "dog clothes" in preparation for a trip to Dog Wood Park. Funny, I don't get noses, paws, and whines during the week....somehow, they know when the weekend has arrived, and they will not leave me alone until I get up and utter their favorite new phrase: " Wanna go to Dog Wood?" No more sleeping- in for me!! But, that's okay, because the joy we all get from going to the park more than makes up for it. My dogs are SO happy at that place. I call it Doggie Disney.....I can't imagine any child being happier in Disney World than my dogs are in Dog Wood Park. Thanks for having the drive to establish such a place for the dogs and dog lovers of Jacksonville! Amy, Skooch, and Barkley
I also wanted to tell you how much we enjoy the park. My parents moved down last year from Kentucky and every time they have company, Dog Wood Park is first on the list of activities for their guests. We load up the dogs and the company and head to the park and everyone is always impressed. Diane Traylor
Yesterday was our first day at Dog Wood Park. We came for your Boxer Family Day event and it was wonderful. Our dog ran so much and had so much fun that he had to sleep the entire hour ride back home and then some. Although we live away from Jacksonville, we plan on coming back to enjoy your park some more. Thank you for having the event! Tom and Laura Fenoseff"
Just wanted to say "good bye" --Jake, my husband & I are moving to Tennessee. My biggest regret, other than missing my new found friends, will be not visiting DOG WOOD PARK. Jake & I have thoroughly enjoyed our membership. Good luck with the future of the park--it is a real asset to Jacksonville!!! Shelley Pinson
